Are you available to start working on my project right away?

Generally speaking I can start once your deposit is received, however during peak seasons I may start later in the week. You will be asked for a deadline date in your checklist that is emailed to you before the project starts.

What is the normal time frame for you to complete a store design project?

Generally speaking for a simple design about 1 - 2 weeks. For a more complex design and functionality it could go 3 - 4 weeks.

Do I order my design from this site or ebay?

You can order your design here or on ebay. I can even create a special ebay listing just for you.

What if I have a website already, can you design a listing template to match?

Yes.

What if I have the design already created as a PSD, Can you code it for eBay?

No, but I do offer bundles that will save you money.

Yes, I guarantee that my code is compliant with eBay or your money back. However, once the design process has begun there will be no refund issued.

Will I have ownership to my design?

Yes, I design your templates, logos, and website designs just for you. I do reserve the right to take a screenshot and display it in my portfolio as well as place my tagline on the bottom of your design.

Can I add my own Logo to your designs?

Absolutely, I can create a design around your logo.

Can you give me a sample of what my store might look like prior to hiring?

I can create a mockup to show you my idea. It wont be coded, It will be a low res jpg.

Do you host images or web pages?

I host the template images on my server, but you are permitted to host them anywhere (photobucket, auctiva.com or other).

Absolutely, we can start when you are ready.

I saw a website/ eBay template that I really liked, can you make my template look the same for me?

Not exactly. I cannot duplicate someone else's work because it is unethical and is also a violation of copyright law. If you came across a website/eBay template that you liked, I will do my best to create something that falls within a similar design concept.

I need a listing template and I need it quick. Can you help me with that?

Yes, but it also depends on my current workload. If it is possible to push you the front of the line I will try to accommodate you.

What do I need to provide you to get started?

I will send you a checklist of all the things that I need from you to get started. Generally your logo, preferred color scheme, sample listing template and deadline.

Will I still be able to use Turbo Lister, Inkfrog, Auctiva, or Blackthorne with your custom template?

Yes, please inform me prior to starting the project so that I can code the design to work with the particular service.

Will you install my template to eBay, Auctiva, Inkfrog, or another listing service for me?

Yes, for a small fee I will install the design for you. I will ask for your userid and password to install it. You may change the password after I am finished.

Do I give you my eBay password? Or is everything emailed and instructions provided?

Either is fine. I prefer to take over your account to make sure everything goes smoothly. But if you prefer for me not to have access to your account I will email all the files and detailed instructions. Don't worry once the project is finished I shred all passwords to ensure privacy.
