Where are you located?
Our team is located in Romania and we are based in Romania, Europe (GMT+2).
Do you offer discounts?
We are one of the cheapest psd to html services. We offer various type of discounts, based on your commitment. Special discounts can be deducted from your current order also.
Special discounts:
* $19 for a public review and for publishing the work in our portfolio (1 time)
* $29 for writing a blog post about us (1 time)
* $49 for recommending us privately (repeated/recommendation)
* -12% for non-profit organizations (proof needed)
Bulk discounts:
* 4% for 5-10 page orders
* 8% for 11-15 page orders
* 12% for 16 or more pages
Volume based discounts/month (based on the previous month):
* 4% for 3-4 projects/month (max 5 pages/project)
* 8% for 5-8 projects/month (max 5 pages/project)
* 12% for 9-12 projects/month (max 5 pages/project)

Usually yes, we got them. Please check if our email is in your Bulk/Junk/Spam email folder. We suggest white-listing our email address. If you can't find our email, contact us.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, please send it by email. We will sign it and send it back to you within 1-2 business days.
I don't want you to publish my project, is this possible?
Yes, rest assured, everything will be kept in private (we will even sign an NDA). We keep all the work in private. Only with your written approval we will publish any work we completed.
I need this designs coded ASAP. Can you start right now?
We sure can. For the express delivery service we charge the $50 fee. Please pack all your designs with your notes attached and send it to us.
When can you start working on my project? How much time do you need to complete it?
Starting time depends on the current workload. We usually start on the next business day (or thee same day) you order. Completion time depends on the number, complexity and functionality of the designs.
Can I reserve a spot on Month x date, for my order?
Yes, of course. For reserving a spot we require that you make 50% deposit.
Can I get refund or full refund?
Yes, under the following conditions:
* if canceled, before we started working
* if it's impossible to complete the order
* if you are not satisfied with the results, we will waive the remaining payment
Do you work on the weekends?
Usually no, we need to rest to charge our batteries. Depending on when you place your order and if you use express delivery, we might work over the weekend.
